All orders which are placed before 12:00 PM will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
Orders which are received after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Orders which are received on public holidays or on Sundays will be processed on the next working day.
DELIVERY TIME:
Delivery time for orders will be delivered within 2-7 days.
DAMAGES:
If a product is found damaged during transit, Berlinza will provide a free replacement product.
You must inform Berlinza of the damaged product(s) within 24 hours of receiving the product.
SHIPPING POCLICY:
If the order will be filled from Karachi to out side of city then 200 delivery charges will have to be paid in advance if you payment cross to 6000 so will pay just 200 in advance
